What is Bentuangie Kratom?

“Bentuangie”  (Been-Two-Ann-Gee) Kratom is likely a strain you’ve never heard of before. It’s rarer than other Kratom strains, and it has a completely different essence. It’s often called Chocolate Kratom due to the deep brown color of the finished powder. Some say that it resembles cocoa powder. This unique type of Kratom has sparked interest in experienced Kratom users across the world. The name “Chocolate” is rather appealing, it makes it sound rich and sweet.

Unlike other strains, the name Bentuangie does not refer to the origin from which it came. Instead, it refers to the way that it’s processed after harvesting. There are a lot of details that go into this intensive process. Unfortunately, we don’t know all the details, but we do have a general idea of how it’s produced.

So, why is this variety of Kratom so special? Well, there are a few reasons, and we’re here to discuss them! In this article, we’ll go over everything you need to know about Bentuangie Kratom.

Why is Bentuangie Kratom Special?

Bentuangie Kratom is produced by undergoing a detailed fermentation process. It’s generally only made out of Red Vein Kratom strains. This is because it’s the most mature vein color with the highest levels of Mitragynine in its alkaloid profile.

After harvesting, the fresh leaves are placed into large plastic containers and left to ferment. The plastic container traps the moisture in, initiating the fermentation process. Once properly fermented, the leaves are dried and crushed into fine powder as usual.

As you might expect, this process changes the entire alkaloid profile of the plant. It enhances the potency of the Mitragynine alkaloid. Because of this, Bentuangie Kratom is said to have the most potent alkaloid profile of any Kratom strain. Those high levels of Mitragynine make it a remarkable strain for discomfort relief. Bentuangie Kratom offers other amazing benefits too. We’ll go over them now.

What are the Benefits of Bentuangie Kratom?

  • Unique Flavor and Aroma: The fermentation changes more than just Kratom’s alkaloid profile. It also affects the taste, and, as we mentioned earlier, the color. Most people consider Bentuangie strains to be much less bitter than regular Kratom.

  • High Levels of Mitragynine: As we’ve discussed, Bentuangie has enhanced Mitragynine alkaloids as a result of fermentation. These strains are very robust and potent.

  • Elevates Happiness and Well-Being: Stimulates positive thoughts, promoting a carefree and happy mindset.

  • Discomfort Relief: Bentuangie strains are very powerful discomfort relievers, arguably the “Slowest” and best strain for easing physical discomfort due to their deeply relaxing nature.

  • Relaxation: Helps to relax the body and mind; eases tension.

  • Encourages Restful Sleep: The increased relaxation properties encourage restful sleep and promote a deeper sleep overall.

    How to Use Bentuangie Kratom

Most Bentuangie Kratom on the market is sold in powdered form. You may be able to find capsules from select vendors, but it’s much less common and hard to find. Luckily, you can always buy the powder and fill your own capsules at home

There are a couple of different ways you can take Kratom, it mostly depends on your personal preference. You can brew Kratom Powder into a tea and consume it that way, or, you can try the “Toss and Wash” method (but we don’t typically recommend that method for Kratom Newbies).

Happy Hippo’s favorite way to take Kratom is sort of a combination of both methods. Let’s go over the steps now!

    1. Fill a cup with about 4oz of WARM water. (Warm water helps the Kratom Powder dissolve much easier)

    2. Add in your Kratom serving - about 2-3 grams depending on your preference.

    3. Add a dash of sweetener of your choice. We like to use orange juice or grapefruit juice. (Kratom has a very bitter and earthy taste)

    4. Mix, mix, mix! Stir vigorously until the powder and completely dissolved.

    5. Drink and enjoy!

Understanding “Fast, Moderate, and Slow” Kratom Speeds

Kratom Speeds help users better understand what effects a certain strain will provide without being too focused on the vein color or origin. The Kratom Speeds are: Fast, Moderate, and Slow. We developed this method of classification and we’re one of the only Kratom vendors that associate speed with Kratom effects.

Strains are referred to by color and origin. Some Kratom vendors will say that Red strains are solely for relaxation and White strains are for motivation. However, we believe that it’s not so “black and white”. You can go even deeper when classifying strains. Let’s go over what each Kratom Speed means.

    Fast Speed Kratom

    • In short, Fast Speed Kratom is associated with energy and motivation. These strains stimulate the mind and body. They act similarly to how coffee boosts your overall energy levels for a short amount of time.

    Moderate Speed Kratom

    • Moderate Speed Kratom is associated with a balance of effects. It’s the “middle-of-the-road” between Fast and Slow strains. The primary effects you’ll notice are; mental focus, overall mood boost, pro-social, and physical relaxation.

For some individuals, Fast strains may be too intense and can cause over-stimulation. It’s that yucky, fidgety feeling - similar to when you’ve had way too much coffee. Retrospectively, Slow strains can also be too calming and make you feel like a lazy couch potato. If Fast strains are too fast and Slow strains too slow, it’s worth a try to see what Moderate strains can do for your needs.

    Slow Speed Kratom

    • Slow Speed Kratom is associated with relaxation and discomfort relief. They help support a happy and calm mentality while also providing relief from physical discomfort. They can even help promote deep, restful sleep!

Kratom Strains with Similarities to Bentuangie Kratom

Bentuangie Kratom is classified as a slow strain. It’s pretty much the slowest of all Kratom strains, as it provides the most prominent effects of relaxation and discomfort relief. Moral of the story - Bentuangie strains are meant to be taken in the evening when you can unwind and relax with little responsibility.

Some strains with effects comparable to Bentuangie are Red Horn, Red Sumatra, White Horn, and Red Kali. Although those strains are not fermented, they all offer deep relaxation on a similar spectrum.
